  • Ambiance

Made by a small studio, this ceramic teapot is forged in the kilns of Jingdezhen. The outer finish and inside is unglazed, therefore we recommend designating them for one type of tea. The teapot have a wee ceramic hole ball filter with 21 holes inside to strain the leaves. The teapot is super light and bumpy on touch. Ash-like dark colour and rough on surface makes this tiny teapot looks super original and mystical.

Inside Story

Jingdezhen is a prefecture-level city, in north-eastern Jiangxi province, China. It is known as the "Porcelain Capital" because it has been producing Chinese ceramics for at least 1,000 years, and for much of that period Jingdezhen porcelain was the most important and finest quality in China. The city has a well-documented history that stretches back over 2,000 years.
