    These dried ginseng Flowers are the blossoms of the Chinese Panax ginseng plant. Ginseng is traditionally used to help with energy levels, aging, protecting cell membranes, increasing liver cell protein concentration, reducing blood sugar levels and stress. The tea can be reinfused.

    DRY LEAF: These beautifully green flowers has appearance of mini broccoli heads. The fragrance is very vegetal, earthy and sweet.
    INFUSED LEAF: Lovely unified green/yellow heads smelling like steamed veggie.
    INFUSION: Lightly faded yellow cup with strong floral & vegetal aroma. The mouthfeel is thick and coarse with velvety taste of sweet potato, sweet pea, cocoa & spice. Aftertaste is herbal and mellow.
