Leaf: Green and golden tips, sweet and lightly twisted with significant aroma of peach, honey and raspberry.
Infused leaf: Delicate, light green and uniform leaves, releasing an aroma of freshly cut grass and orchids.
Liquor: Very light yellow and clear liquor, sweet and blossomy with a raspberry like flavour. Mildly astringent, pleasant and silky.
About: Fo Cha is the local name. The Jiu Hua mountain is a magical place of dense pine woods, waterfalls, bamboo forests, and green tea that is imbued with a refreshing sweetness from the surroundings. Remote, densely forested and filled with caves and ancient temples, Jui Hua has always held an attraction for monks and other ascetics. The mountain has been named one of the four most important Buddhist mountains in China.
