    Made by a small studio in Jingdezhen, this ceramic teapot is fired at a high temperature. The finish is glazed with highly glossy glaze. The inside is unglazed and have a wee ceramic hole ball filter with 21 holes. The teapot is lustrous. Elegant light pink colour is nonchalantly mixing with creamy pastel yellow colour which are only interrupted by an occasional rusty dots. The teapot is light and perfect to hold. Made in Jingdezhen. Pours well without dripping!

Inside Story

Jingdezhen is a prefecture-level city, in north-eastern Jiangxi province, China. It is known as the "Porcelain Capital" because it has been producing Chinese ceramics for at least 1,000 years, and for much of that period Jingdezhen porcelain was the most important and finest quality in China. The city has a well-documented history that stretches back over 2,000 years.
